    Hi there, you've reached the site of Sandy & Michael McCarthy. This site was created for the purpose of sharing pictures and information with family. Anyone who wants to is more than welcome to check them out though. Although we've managed to see most of the country, most of the pictures on the site right now were taken in Colorado, where we currently live. Of all the beautiful places I've seen, I still consider the area I grew up in, Fort Walton Beach & Destin, Florida to be one of the 3 most beautiful places in the country.

   For those of you wondering what we're up to... We still do "webmaster stuff" for a living. We no longer design sites for other people or do optimization work on other peoples sites. We only work on our own sites where we generate most of our income through people paying us to advertise on our sites. When we're not working we spend most of our time canoing, hiking, fishing, taking pictures and just enjoying Colorado in general.


    Here's a cute little picture my sister (Maureen) in Atlanta sent us. It's a very old photo and it wasn't in very good shape but I touched it up a little with a photo program. Thank you Maureen, it's a very special picture to me.
